Welcome to the 365th day of Year 2017. It seems like yesterday since we were debating over whether to call it year 2000 or something else like. Even 2017 looks like 8 hours ago.
I am meant to write about Tomas Rosicky but time and chance happens. My first post of 2018? Maybe my son can bear Rosicky.
The Gunners travel to the Hawthorns to wrap up the year after holding on to a 3-2 win away at Crystal Palace. Mustafi had the opener, Palace equalized. Alexis Sanchez grabbed a quick-fire brace before Palace reduced the deficit in the dying minutes of the game.
Another away match and the Gunners must acquire three points to finish 2017 on high. They have been poor on the road but turn this around against Westbrom.
It is a season of reunion for the Gunners. It was the ox few weeks ago. It would be Gibbs today.
Expect Wenger to feature 3-4-3 since it is an away fixture. Will Niles return? Will Wilshere be rested? Can the Gunners give Cech a clean sheet? Will Arsenal end the year on a high?
