The Super Eagles camp is bubbling with virtually all the invited players in Kaduna awaiting the Elneny and his Pharaoh brothers. His Arsenal colleague, Alex Iwobi, is with the Super Eagles but had a stomach bug yesterday. The last time i checked, there is no Tottenham player in the Super Eagles – Dele Alli is the closest but he has been invited by the Three Lions.
So what did Iwobi eat? Kilichi? African salad? This is his first time with the Super Eagles in Nigeria. Did he join the boys in their Nigerian delicacy which his bowels may have forgotten how to digest? The NFF tweeted yesterday that the striker suffered from traveler’s flu, but he is well and set to play against Egypt. On the other hand, the striker himself tweeted that he had the maddest food poisoning but is good and feels ready for the Egyptian match. Traveler’s Flu vs Food Poisoning. Irrespective of what happened yesterday, Nigerians need maximum points in Kaduna. Nothing less.
