About a year ago, Leicester City were at the bottom of the Premier League table. 386 days later, they are champions of England. They defied the odds and fought with dogged determination and togetherness. They have the Premier League title as the reward. They become the 8th team to win the Premier League.
Congratulations Schmeichel, Morgan, Schlupp, Huth, Drinkwater, Kante, Mahrez, Fuchs, Albrighton, Ulloa, Vardy and other members of the team. The Thai connection has worked well. Phra Prommangkalachan and his other Thai Buddhist monks have been making regular trips to England to bless Leicester’s pitch over the past three years.Maybe Arsenal need some Thai touch to end their 12 year hunt of the Premier League.
I am extremely happy for Claudio Ranieri, winning his first league title. Sacked by Chelsea in the Abramovich era, the Italian has journeyed around with little success in both club and national team football.
Tottenham thought they would delay the Leicester party after Kane and Sun gave them a 2-0 lead. But Cahill pulled Chelsa back before Hazard scored the Premier League winning goal for the second time in a row – he made it 2-2. It was very nasty London derby with over 9 yellow cards, eye gouging and coach pushing. I saw Hiddink on the floor one time. I expect some action from the FA – maybe including points deduction and player bans.
As a Gooner, it is sad seeing how Arsenal bottled another opportunity to win the Premier League. While Wenger remains – he makes the quids for the board – will he get the right players to challenge for next season’s title? it will be tougher next season though especially with Pep at Manchester City.

The Gunners can take solace in saying they beat Leicester City home and away – but how does that help? (who home and away don epp). Please don’t tell me Arsenal had the chance and others didn’t. No team started with +10 points.
Congratulations again Leicester City – Worthy Champions.
Have a nice foxy week ahead.
