With a win guaranteeing a ticket to the 2018 World Cup in Russia, Super Eagles Coach, Gernot Rohr has invited 23 players to face the Chipolopolo of Zambia in Uyo by October 7th, 2017.

Chippa United’s Daniel Akpeyi makes a return to the team after he missed out of the double leg against Cameroon. Will he be able to usurp Ikechukwu Ezenwa who put up a decent display against the Cameroonians?

Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Ayodele Ajiboye are the only home based players invited. They both featured in the just concluded WAFU Cup of Nations where Nigeria lost the final 4-1 to Ghana.
