Will Sanogo Score His First Arsenal Goal?

Yaya Sanago came in at the beginning of the season on a free transfer from Auxerre, France but is yet to score for the gunners. The bulk-framed striker may have missed about half of the season due to some mysterious injury but he has featured in the later part of the season. With 11 appearances, 7 of which have been from the bench, the striker is yet to find the net. Mockingly called Sir-no-goal for his no-goals and Sir-lago for his constant swipe of air instead of shooting, the big 22yr old will hope to break the jinx and register a goal before the end of the season? Probability: 10%

Will Abou Diaby Feature This Season?

Abou Diaby returned to football actions albeit in the U-21 last night after over 400 days on loan to Injury FC. The lanky midfielder who was seen as Vieira’s replacement has been hampered by the gods of injury and is yet to make his name for the gunners nor leave up to his desire of being the best in the world (except when he kicked out racism out of football in the Carling cup final).

Wenger says Diaby is ready, but with the availability of Flamini, Ramsey and Kallstrom, it would be surprising to see Diaby wear his number 24 jersey for the 1st time. Wenger may give him a 5 minutes role. He is french after all. Probability: 20%

Lord Bendtner to Play?

What a career! The great Dane was on the verge of leaving at the beginning of this season but as fate may have it had to finish his contract with the gunners. 2 goals from 4 starts and 14 total appearance summarizes Bendtner’s season. Things looked to have been shaping up as he warmed his way into the heart of the fans by scoring those two vital goals. But his media image have been shattered by published interviews and his drunkenness. The later may have caused Wenger not to look towards him in recent times.

Bendtner is not a bad striker, but for Wenger to prefer inexperienced Sanogo is questionable. Will Wenger feature him one more time? Will we see our Bendtner for the last time? Probability: 10%

Any Hat-tricks?

It is quite surprising that no  Arsenal player have scored an hat-trick this season. The gunners are even yet to whitewash any team in the many that they have been brushed aside by Manchester City, Liverpool or Chelsea.

In recent times, Podolski has come closest to scoring a hat-trick with his brace against Westham and Hull City. Will he get a hat-trick before the season ends? who will get the hat-trick? Ramsey, Giroud or Podolski? Probability: 45%

Others:

Will Emiliano Viviano feature for the gunners? Probability:0%

Will Kim Kallstrom score a goal? Probability: 5%
